Список держателей долговых обязательств (debentures) британской компании. Закон не требует обязательного ведения такого списка, однако если он ведется, он должен храниться в зарегистрированном офисе компании или в другом известном Регистратору компаний месте. Список владельцев облигаций должен предоставляться для ознакомления держателям обязательств и акционерам компании бесплатно, а всем остальным - за небольшую плату.
